Spinach is also a rich source of niacin and zinc, as well as protein, fibre, vitamins A, C, E and K, thiamin, vitamin B6, folate, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, and manganese. In conclusion: it is a healthy vegetable, loaded with goodies for all parts of our body.
On the other hand: Kiwi known in China as Yang Tao, was entered into New Zealand by missionaries and it got the name of the traditional bird of New Zealand.

Kiwi is a relatively recent addition to western diet, being introduced in US in late 1960s. Like its vegetable counterpart from this recipe, kiwi is also a very healthy and rich in vitamins and nutrients.
In fact, it offers 273% of the daily recommended amount of vitamin C in just one-cup serving.
