Jamaican Guinness Punch

Almost two years ago, my British colleague Teddy, mentioned me the Jamaican Guinness Punch. He is born and raised in UK, but he is of Jamaican heritage. He found out about my preference in Guinness, therefore recommended me to try the Jamaican punch, the delicious drink he was having as a kid while visiting his relatives in Caribbean island.

If you are looking for a sweet, yet alcoholic drink, then Jamaican Guinness Punch is something you must try. It is a combination made of beer, Guinness of course, sweetened condensed milk, whole milk and spices.
Jamaican Guinness Punch is creamy , bitter and sweet at the same time and you definitely won’t be disappointed. The ingredients listed bellow are for 2 serving.

Ingredients for Jamaican Guinness Punch:

1 can of Guinness beer
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 cup whole milk
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
whipped cream on top to garnish

How to make Jamaican Guinness Punch:

Simply mix the beer, the milk, the condensed milk (all of them cold), the cinnamon, the nutmeg and the vanilla in a blender. Pour the mix in two large coffee glasses and garnish with whipped cream. Sprinkle some cinnamon or nutmeg on the whipped cream to look nicer (if you want).
